It’s vital that patients clearly understand the benefits of askmyGP -  and how to use it. Clear communication is key to achieving this and will provide you with tried and tested resources to help ensure this happens, but you will need to embrace and use them to the fullest extent!

The video can be embedded on your practice website - and it will always  be available to patients who click on the askmyGP link to use the system. It’s also hugely valuable if you can show this in your waiting room. We can help you with the right format for this if you are able to run on your video system.

We offer a standard leaflet to all practices and an A3 poster and roller banner, which are both customised for each practice. Use your order form to provide us with your practice website address for poster and banner, and your correct practice name for the banner.
